The Joys of Hands-on Education

God continues to bless abundantly. Just when I think it's as good as it gets, He throws something else in there. A couple weeks ago I was working around the house when I received a phone call from Kurt Adamie. Kurt has worked with my Dad since I was a little girl so I've grown up watching him photograph different hospital events. Come to find out, Kurt was calling about MY photography. He had some questions for me and also wanted to help me with his expertise. By the time we got off the phone I was ecstatic. Not only does Kurt have some great pointers regarding my work, he also has some amazing photoshop experience. For months I have been trying to figure out how I can learn photoshop. I never would have guessed that God would drop an experience like this into my lap. Friday afternoon Kurt and I had our second "lesson." I am so excited about what I've learned so far and can't wait to learn more. Here are the first two projects I've worked on:
